Returns & Exchanges (Retail Customers)
We will be more than happy to offer a refund for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging, with tags intact.
Please note that we will ONLY be able to offer a refund if these conditions are met and failure to comply will result in a delayed or unfulfilled refund. The costs of returning any goods are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that a tracked service is used as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

For trade customers, please be advised that returns are not accepted on any items. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we encourage you to promptly contact our customer service team on support@splashabout.com.au or using the below contact form. They will investigate the matter and facilitate a replacement or credit as appropriate.
